When young people are empowered they can change lot of things in the country even the economy as well. Youth have capacity to help young people like them to be successful. So we need to empower them so that they can empower others.
- Ask them what their vision is for their career and job: The importance of vision is that, it can guide you to know what you want. most of the people they don’t have vision for their careers or jobs. A vision helps you to know what you want and what you want to achieve.
- Be a giver to empower youth to do the their best: Giving is very important, and if you want to empower people, you must give. Be generous to them they will feel connected to you and they will love you. Because you will be bringing hope to their lives and they will know that you appreciate them.
- Encourage them to use their potential: Be with youth every step of the way. And know their passion and from there, guide them to find purpose within their passion.
- Get motivational speaker to empower youth to do their best: You can empower youth by getting motivational speaker the person who is already successful. So that they can be inspired and work hard so that one day they can be like that person.
- Listen more: Give yourself time to listen to them, listen to their ideas and let them put those ideas into practice.
