STATEMENT ON AFRICAN UNITY, YOUTH, AND MENTAL LIBERATION.
Date: 28 May 2026
AFRICANS: IT IS EITHER WE UNITE, OR WE PERISH.
“Africans, it is either we unite or we perish. There is no middle ground in a world that respects only power and punishes division.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
Colonialism drew lines on our land to weaken us. Today, those same lines are defended by leaders who benefit from a divided Africa.
“Division is the cheapest weapon of the oppressor. Unity is the most expensive weapon of the free. And Africa cannot afford to stay poor any longer.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
The Ken G. Morka Foundation Grassroots Movement declares: the time for 55 fragmented states is over. The time for One Africa, One People, One Market, One Future has come.
“The forces that unite us—history, blood, struggle, destiny—are older and stronger than any border drawn in Berlin. To remain divided is to choose extinction.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
HUMANITY’S FUTURE DEPENDS ON AFRICAN YOUTH
“Humanity’s future depends on African youth. Because Africa is the youngest continent, and the youngest continent must lead or the world will collapse.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
The history of African liberation has always been written by courageous youth. From the students of Soweto to the organizers of Accra, it was never the comfortable who freed Africa. It was the youth who refused to inherit slavery.
“No liberation movement in Africa has ever succeeded without the fire of youth. And no Africa will rise without that same fire today.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
But the greatest betrayal of African youth today is not only unemployment. The ultimate betrayal is a lack of vision from leadership.
“It is not a crime to be unemployed in a system designed to keep you poor. It is a crime for a leader to have no plan to end it. That is treason against the future.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
“A leader without vision is a gravedigger of nations. He buries the youth before the youth even get a chance to live.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
A PEOPLE WHO CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES WILL FOREVER DEPEND ON OTHERS:
“A people who cannot defend themselves will forever depend on others for their freedom. And dependence is the softest form of slavery.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
Africa cannot keep begging for security, food, medicine, and dignity. We must produce. We must organize. We must defend.
“Independence without self-reliance is a masquerade. The flag changes, but the master remains.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
This is why KGMF is building Skill Centers, Cooperatives, and Learning Hubs at the grassroots. We are arming the youth with skills, knowledge, and economic power so that Africa can defend herself—economically, culturally, and intellectually.
WE MUST WIN THE WAR OF MENTAL SLAVERY
The hardest war is not fought with guns. It is fought in the mind. “The hardest chains to break are the ones they put on the mind. Because once they control how you think, you will start holding yourself down for them.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
Mental slavery is the reason we fear our own power, question our own history, reject our own people, and worship the systems that wounded us. “Poverty in Africa is not an accident. It is a man-made system. And mental slavery is the glue that holds that system together.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
We must win this war for the betterment of our people. “You cannot build a free Africa with a colonized mind. Decolonize the mind first, then the land, the economy, and the future will follow.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
THE KGMF GRASSROOTS VISION: UNITY AND EMPOWERMENT
The Ken G. Morka Foundation Grassroots Movement is mobilizing 100 Million Africans to execute the 12 Keys Mandate In context of Our mission: Unity through organization. Empowerment through production. Liberation through a decolonized mind.
“The organized cannot be defeated. When 100 Million Africans decide to be free, no force on earth can stop them.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
We call on every African youth, every grassroots citizen, every conscious leader:
Rise. Organize your ward. Train your mind. Build your system. Refuse to inherit poverty.
“Decision decides destiny. The decision to unite is the decision to be free.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka
Africa will not be saved by foreign aid. Africa will be saved by African hands, African minds, and African unity.
